  • Can I get a replacement for a damaged item?
    We do our best to ensure all books are wrapped and mailed in excellent condition. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages that may happen during shipping. However, if your item arrives with significantly bad damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can try to find a solution for you. Please note: you may be asked to (1) return your damaged item in order to receive a replacement; and/or (2) pay for the return label. Customers understand that in doing this, there is no guarantee that the replacement will arrive undamaged. Only one replacement will be offered per order. We do not offer replacement for Scratch & Dent books.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, but only to the following regions: Canada. International customers should be aware that they may receive import, tax, or customs fees. We do not pay these fees. Customers are responsible for paying fees in order to receive their package. More regions may be available in the future. Meanwhile, customers are encouraged to use the United States postal address assigned to them by their shipping company.
  • Where in Jamaica can I buy a book?
    Books that are available for purchase in Jamaica are found in the shop with a “Jamaica Only” label. Prices include shipping. These items are not signed or personalized by the author, and do not include book-themed merch. Shipping is done only through Knutsford Express. Delivery is available wherever Knutsford Express has a courier branch. When placing an order, ensure to write the Knutsford Express branch in “Address - line 2” to lessen processing delay. Orders are processed within 5 - 7 days. Orders are delivered within 1 - 3 days. Customers should be aware that if they do not collect their order within five days of it arriving at the Knutsford Express branch, they may receive storage fees. We do not pay these fees. Customers are responsible for paying fees in order to receive their package.
  • How long does order processing and shipping take?
    Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. Once the order has left us, the time of delivery will be dependent on the courier's shipment processing.
  • How can I get a refund?
    All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.
