We do our best to ensure all books are wrapped and mailed in excellent condition. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages that may happen during shipping. However, if your item arrives with significantly bad damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can try to find a solution for you. Please note: you may be asked to (1) return your damaged item in order to receive a replacement; and/or (2) pay for the return label. Customers understand that in doing this, there is no guarantee that the replacement will arrive undamaged. Only one replacement will be offered per order. We do not offer replacement for Scratch & Dent books.

Yes, but only to the following regions: Canada. International customers should be aware that they may receive import, tax, or customs fees. We do not pay these fees. Customers are responsible for paying fees in order to receive their package. More regions may be available in the future. Meanwhile, customers are encouraged to use the United States postal address assigned to them by their shipping company.

Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. Once the order has left us, the time of delivery will be dependent on the courier's shipment processing.

All sales are final. Consequently, refunds are not offered.

There are two releases. The earliest date is advanced reader copies (ARCs). These are paperbacks that are signed and includes book-themed merch. The latter date is a general release. These are paperbacks that are not signed and do not include book-themed merch. Both dates are tentative, as they are subject to change to earlier dates (which will be announced once confirmed). As of right now, the placeholder release dates are: ARCs: December 1, 2025. General: December 31, 2025. The pre-order for ebooks and signed paperbacks are open. There will be no pre-order for general paperbacks as they will be a live release. If you place a pre-order for a signed book and have any questions regarding your order, please contact the author only via email: adajaywrites@gmail.com. Inquiries regarding orders that are sent through messages on any social media platform will not be answered. If you place a pre-order for a general book and have any questions regarding your order, contact the place of purchase.
