Orders are processed within 5 - 7 days.
Once the order has left us, the time of delivery will be dependent on the courier's shipment processing.
Shipping is only available to the following regions: Canada, and the United States of America. Caribbean and worldwide customers are encouraged to use the United States postal address assigned to them by their shipping company.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns, but we may facilitate a replacement.
We do our best to ensure all books are wrapped and mailed in excellent condition. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages that may happen during shipping.
However, if your item arrives with significantly bad damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can try to find a solution for you.
Please note: you may be asked to (1) return your damaged item in order to receive a replacement; and/or (2) pay for the return label. Customers understand that in doing this, there is no guarantee that the replacement will arrive undamaged.
Only one replacement will be offered per order.
We do not offer replacement for Scratch & Dent books.
